Privacy Policy for Churchill Cloud

Effective Date: January 7, 2025

Last Updated: January 7, 2025

At Churchill Cloud, privacy is not just a policy—it is our mission. We believe in true data sovereignty, ensuring that your information remains yours and yours alone. Unlike conventional cloud providers, Churchill Cloud owns and operates its own data centers and software, eliminating external dependencies that could compromise security and privacy.

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

1. Data Ownership & Control

  • You own your data: Churchill Cloud does not monitor, analyze, or sell user data. Your information is neither accessible nor stored by third parties.
  • No backdoors: Our proprietary software is built from the ground up to prevent unauthorized access, including from Churchill Cloud itself.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal necessary data to provide and improve our services:

  • Account information: Name, email, and payment details when you register.
  • Usage data: Limited to system logs that help diagnose service performance (e.g., uptime, resource consumption).
  • Support interactions: If you contact our support team, we collect the details you provide for assistance.

What we don’t collect:

  • Personal browsing data
  • Communication logs
  • AI behavioral tracking
  • Third-party marketing analytics

3. Encryption & Security Measures

  • End-to-End Encryption (E2EE): Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-leading cryptographic standards.
  • User-Only Access: Our infrastructure ensures that only you, the user, can access and modify your files.
  • Zero-Knowledge Policy: Churchill Cloud does not store encryption keys or have the ability to decrypt user data.

4. No Tracking, No Profiling

Unlike traditional cloud platforms, we do not track or profile users for advertising or any other purpose.

  • No cookies for tracking
  • No behavioral analytics
  • No third-party data collection

5. Third-Party Interactions

Churchill Cloud does not sell or share user data with third parties. Any integrations with external tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) occur within your private environment.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Users may delete their accounts and associated data at any time.
  • Upon deletion, data is permanently erased from our systems with no recovery option.
  • No government or corporate entity can request access to your data, as we retain no readable copies or backups accessible to us.

7. Jurisdiction & Legal Protections

  • Churchill Cloud operates under data sovereignty principles, ensuring compliance with privacy laws while prioritizing user rights.
  • Government requests for data access will be refused unless legally required under jurisdictional law, and even then, encrypted data remains unreadable.

8. Changes to This Policy

  • If any changes are made to this privacy policy, users will be notified in advance, with the option to review and accept before continuing use.
  • We remain committed to transparency and privacy-first principles.

9. Contact Information
